The Beauty Addict Club
The Beauty Addict Club loyalty program from RankyShop is personal and limited to one registration per customer. Registration is free and has no expiration date.
Upon registration, the customer automatically becomes a Silver member and enjoys Silver benefits. If the customer makes more than €200 in purchases over the last 12 months (including in-store and online), the customer becomes a Gold member and enjoys additional benefits.

Loyalty Points
The Beauty Addict Club member earns points with each purchase in-store or on the website. Points are calculated as follows: 1€ = 1 point. Flash promotions doubling the points may also occur. Points are valid indefinitely.
At each points threshold reached, a discount is activated. This is a global discount on the invoice, combinable with current promotions and events (excluding shipping costs), valid in all our stores and on the website (excluding red point products). The different thresholds are:
- 100 points : -5%
- 250 points : -10%
- 350 points : -15%
When the customer uses a discount, the corresponding number of points is deducted from their points balance.
The customer’s points balance and their discount are reminded to them in newsletters, on their invoices, or by sales advisors at the checkout. At any time, the customer can also check their points balance by logging into their account on our website.
Birthday Offer
The amount of the Beauty Addict Club member’s birthday discount depends on their status (Silver: -10%, Gold: -20%). The birthday offer is valid throughout the birthday month, for single use, in-store or on the website, on all products (excluding red point items). The birthday offer is valid from the day after the loyalty account is created.
Favorite Product
Reserved for Gold members. The customer has the option to choose a favorite product on which they receive a discount of up to 30% all year round. Find the list of eligible products in-store or on the website.
The favorite product is chosen for 12 months and cannot be changed before the end of the 12 months, except in case of permanent product discontinuation.
Referral Program
Upon registration, the customer receives a personal referral code. The customer’s referral code is reminded to them in newsletters or by sales advisors at the checkout. The referral code has no usage limit or expiration date.
- During their first purchase at RankyShop, the referred friend receives a 5% discount on all our products in all our stores (excluding red point items and not combinable with any ongoing promotions).
- On the first purchase by their referred friend, the referrer receives 100 loyalty points. They can refer an unlimited number of friends.
The Advantage Club
Are you a student (excluding hairdressing and aesthetics)? Enjoy a 10% discount on everything, all year round*, in-store and online.
Membership in the Advantage Club must be renewed at the beginning of each school year. To maintain your Advantage status, please send us a supporting document from your customer account.

Register your activation code along with the key, which you can find on your receipt.
Verify and complete the necessary information for creating the profile (name, surname, email address, date of birth, etc.).
Confirm, then choose your password.
Accept the terms and conditions, and confirm.

Visit the page My account
At the bottom of the page, click on « create my customer account ».
Select the type of customer profile that corresponds to you:
- Individual
- Student (excluding hairdressing and aesthetics)
- Student or apprentice in hairdressing or aesthetics
- Graduate in hairdressing or aesthetics
- Hairdressing or aesthetics business (salon, home-based work, etc.)

Accept the terms and conditions, and confirm.
Request a Loyalty Profile Change
You already have a loyalty account but want to change your status (Beauty Addict, Advantage, Pro Club, or Company Club)?
Log in here.
Go to your “My Account” section, select ‘My Personal Information’, and click on “Request a Profile Change”.
“Select the profile that suits you, complete the requested information, attach any necessary supporting documents, and then validate by clicking “Send Request”.
Our Customer Service will review your request within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email once your profile has been validated by our teams, and you can then enjoy your new loyalty benefits.
