To access your account, visit the page My account
Log in with your email address and the password chosen during your registration. In your customer space, you can modify your information, your profile, your addresses, consult your favorite products, your loyalty benefits, and track your orders.
Already have an in-store account? ? Create onlineaccount to retrieve your account and benefits on our website.
Lost or Forgotten Password
To recover your password, visit the page https://www.laboutiqueducoiffeur.com/fr-fr/login. Click on “Forgot Password?”
Enter your email address in the designated field. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Modify My Personal Information (Password, Email)
You can modify your personal information at any time from your customer account.

Change my password
Go to your customer account, tab “My Personal Information”. Click on “Edit” in the “Password” section, then make the changes and validate.
Change my email address
Go to your customer account, tab ‘My Personal Information’. Click on ‘Edit’ in the ‘My Profile’ section, then make the changes and validate.
Change my preferred store
Go to the website. Hover over your preferred store at the top of the page, to the right of the search bar. Click on “Change Store”, then choose your preferred one.
Request a Loyalty Profile Change
You already have a loyalty account, but want to change your status (Beauty Addict, Advantage, Pro Club, or Company Club)?
Log in here.
Go to your ‘My Account” section, select “My Personal Information”, and click on “Request a Profile Change“
Select the profile that suits you, complete the requested information, attach any necessary supporting documents, then validate by clicking “Send Request”.
Our Customer Service will review your request within a few days. You will receive a confirmation email once your profile has been validated by our teams, and you can then enjoy your new loyalty benefits.
My Invoice History
If you have placed an order as a registered and logged-in customer, you can find your invoice in customer account, under the “My Invoices” tab.
If you have placed an order as a guest or if you are unable to find your invoices, please contact our Customer Service:
